Wheel It (“the App”) is committed to protecting user privacy.

The App connects driving students with driving instructors and allows lesson management and tracking.
2. Information We Collect
When using the App, we may collect:
- Name and username
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Date of birth (if provided)
- Driving lesson details, including dates, status, and duration
- Teacher/student association information
- Payment status information (no credit card details are stored by Wheel It)
- Precise location data, including location collected in the background during an active driving lesson
- Technical information required for app functionality and security
Collected information may be linked to the user account and is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
3. How We Use the Information
The data is used solely for:
- Account creation and management
- Scheduling and managing lessons
- In-app communication
- Tracking lesson progress
- Recording the lesson route, calculating speed, and producing a lesson summary when the user activates the relevant lesson-tracking feature
- Managing payment status
- Improving functionality and user experience
- Security and fraud prevention
4. Background Location
When a user actively starts the lesson-tracking feature, Wheel It may collect precise location data while the App is in the background or not visible on the screen. This allows the App to record the driving route, calculate speed, and generate a lesson summary.
Background location collection is limited to the active lesson session and can be stopped by ending the lesson. Location data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
5. Data Storage and Security
User data is stored using Google Firebase services. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share data with:
- Infrastructure service providers necessary for App operation, such as Google Firebase
- Payment service providers, where required to process a user-requested payment
- Authorities when required by applicable law
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. A user under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or making a payment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users may request to:
- Access their personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to applicable legal obligations
